Welcome to Survive The Endless! By downloading, installing or using the game, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not play this game.

By accesing or using Survive The Endless (STE from now on), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the game.

2. Elegibility

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use STE for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the game without permission.

Exploit bugs or cheat in any way.

STE may (now or in the future) offer in-app purchases. All in-app-purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to STE at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

STE is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the game, to the exted permitted by law.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update or change STE or these terms at any time. Your continued use of STE after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated game and or terms.
